Boil Water Notice Canceled in Henderson County

HENDERSON COUNTY — Monarch Utilities announces a cancellation of a recently-issued boil water notice for customers in the Carolynn Estates water system. The cancellation affects 225 homes in the Hidden Hills, Section C, Lynn Creek Cove, and Cedarview Estates areas on Cedar Creek Reservoir in Henderson County. On February 15, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Carolynn Estates water system to issue the boil water notice due to conditions which had occurred in the system. Officials now say corrective actions have been taken and have passed muster with the TCEQ.
