Kilgore Convenience Store Heist under Investigation

KILGORE — Kilgore police are asking for leads in the recent robbery of a local convenience store. According to our news partner KETK, police say around 10 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to the Fast and Easy store on U.S. Highway 259 N. Investigators learned two people entered as a clerk was closing for the night. One of the robbers held the clerk while the second stole cash and cigarettes. One robber was described as a black male with curly hair and a green shirt. The second person was not seen.
