HOUSTON (AP) - Halliburton says it's too early to speculate if its cementing operation on a Gulf of Mexico oil rig caused it to go up in flames, triggering a massive oil spill. Halliburton is named as a defendant in a series of lawsuits filed by Gulf Coast people and businesses, who allege the spill could ruin them financially.</description>

DALLAS (AP) - Police say they've arrested a Dallas man after he showed them a human foot he said he'd dug up from a grave. A Dallas police statement says Daniel Wayne Stanley walked up to officers near a Jewish cemetery in the city's Pleasant Grove section and told them he had a foot in his bag. The 18-year-old said he wanted the foot of a &quot;Jew girl.&quot;</description>

BEIJING (AP) - China says Houston police beat and injured a Chinese diplomat, and officials are urging an investigation to ensure diplomatic practices are not violated.   The statement from China's Foreign Ministry said police harassed and beat a deputy consul-general while he was driving to the Chinese Consulate in Houston.    A Houston Police Department spokesperson did not immediately return calls Friday seeking comment.</description>
