Welcome back guys. This saturday in Longview there will be a car/bike wash to benefit Sherry Hetmer William fight against breast cancer. Sherry is a sweet lady with a great attitude she just did her second round of chemo. Its bad. With prayer and hope we are trying to help her through.
The butcher shop has donated catering, cost is $10.00. There will be raffles and and auction. Location is the Levee off Mccann Road behind Kobe Steakhouse.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could help promote this. Sherry has alot of friends and we are expecting a big turnout but we would really like to blow the doors off this thing and show what East Texas are made of.
BTW I amd the guy with the Hot Rod Ford truck that would not start.
Thanks Keith

Good review, I own 3 Tundras, I bought a 2007 v-6 regular cab for a delivery truck, it cost about 3k more that any other truck at the time. Now 2 yeas later and 35k miles I am very happy. My fleet card keeps up with milage and its getting 17mpg driving around town with several drivers. Only repleced tires at 33k never any problems. Even this v-6 will run, to speed limiter does not kick in at 109 like 5.7 4x4. V-6 = 127mph on gps! smooth as silk, holds the road great.

Bought a used 2007 ext cab 5.7 longbed for deliveries, its getting 15.5 mpg, 38k miles. It was used to pull a camper and has overload springs. I have pulled a 18ft trailer with about 14k pounds (did not realize how much 18" tile weighs)
Truck did not care. Pulled great and stopped great.

My driver is a 08 crew cab 4x4, leather(soft gel) loaded. Awesome truck, got 14-15 mpg before I lifted it 2 inches and put on 10 ply BFG oversize tires, now it gets 12 mpg. I have climed, drove through 3ft mud, crawled rocks and it has not been stopped. I have 20k miles and no problems.

These are well built, go like heck and boy do they have brakes. Nice and quiet on the road handle well in corners. They do drive alot smaller than they are. The view out the windsheild is good, you can see the corners and know where the bumper is.

My wife loves driving these trucks, on a trip to Mississippi in a heavy rain she drove 75 mph, passing people wondering why they were so slow. Even when passing large truck she felt confident.I have a 2007 Honday Odyssey for sale if anyone is interested. She is getting a Sequoia.

I was kind of pumped to see that you got a blog - I'm a big car show fan and a fan of cars in general. But you don't seem to be posting anything? That's kind of a bummer. It's like the 65 stang that just sits in the garage.
