East Texas Man Arrested for Outstanding Warrant, Meth

Henderson County Deputies were patrolling the Seven Points area looking for a woman wanted on outstanding warrants. Instead, they found a man with methamphetamines and several pipes. Gary Dewayne Ramsey, 42, of Kemp, was arrested in a camper trailer behind a home on Spring Velley Drive in the Seven Points area. A glass pipe was initially discovered inside the camper.
As the suspect was being questioned, another glass pipe and a metal pipe were found in two pant pockets along with a plastic baggie containing a meth. Ramsey was charged with possession of an illegal drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also wanted by the Seven Points Police Department for an outstanding warrant.
