Tyler Sees Home Sales Increase in Second Quarter

That’s the word in the Texas Quarterly Housing Report from the Texas Association of Realtors. Statewide, Texas home sales started the summer selling season on a strong note, increasing 2.8 percent year-over-year to 100,227 home sales, while median price increased 4.4 percent to $238,000.
