Boil Water Notice in Winona Lifted

WINONA – Residents of Winona are no longer under a boil water notice. It was put into effect Saturday when the city’s water pumps shut down when a tree fell on power lines, causing a power outage. The power was restored and the pumps are working again. The latest tests showed the water is safe to drink.
