Tyler Moving Forward with New Hollytree Phase

TYLER — The 115 acre project off West Cumberland Road will add single and multi family homes, commercial, office, and mixed-use properties. Expansion of the Hollytree area is not new. According to our news partner KETK, the Tyler City Council approved nearly 300 acres of land for development in April. Modifications of the original 115 acre plan include reducing density, controlling direct access to Hollytree Drive, possibly adding a roundabout to calm traffic, and waiting to clear trees until development begins.
