Five Arrested in Henderson County Raids

HENDERSON COUNTY – Overnight drug raids in Henderson County resulted in the arrests of 5 persons. Four persons were arrested at a residence on County Road 1405 just west of Athens. One of the arrests was on a warrant for theft. Then, on Red Robin in the Woodwilks Subdivision of Gun Barrel City, one person was arrested for drugs and flushing some of the drugs down the toilet.

The suspects:
Chad Lawyer, 47, of Athens – charged with possession of a controlled substance
Kristy Dodd, 39, of Athens for an outstanding warrant for possession of paraphernalia.
Keely McKinney, 20, of Edgewood was wanted on a warrant for theft.
Kevin Tate, 34, of Murchison was also arrested at the residence for a parole violation.
Raymond Kirbie, 63, of Gun Barrel City was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.
