Early Voting Begins in Tyler Runoff

TYLER — Early voting begins Monday in the runoff for Tyler City Council District 3, with Shirley McKellar and Pamela Phoenix vying for the post. Voters may cast their ballots early through June 25, except weekends, at the HUB on East Ferguson Street. Election day is June 29.
