Internet streaming service is available by subscription only to listeners who reside in the Tyler-Longview
Metropolitan Survey Area (MSA) as defined by the ARBITRON Company. The Tyler-Longview MSA is comprised of Smith, Gregg
& Cherokee counties in Texas.
Please take a moment and read WHY we
have to use a subscription system for our audio streaming.
The subscription price is based on donation levels, all money going to the Boys and Girls Club of East Texas, of .99, $5, $10, $25 or $50. You may choose to donate
any of the levels mentioned above as your payment for the live audio streaming.
100% of your subscription payment will be donated, in your name, to the Boys and Girls Club of East
Texas.
You may subscribe using Visa MasterCard or American Express. The billing address of the credit card that you use
must have a zip code within the Tyler-Longview ARBITRON MSA. Check our list
Valid Zip Codes to see if you qualify.

Frequently Asked Questions
I can't log in! I registered but it won't let me in!
Generally this means that you did not complete the process. You may have created your member profile and then quit the process thinking you were done. This is why we strongly suggest you read the
Step-By-Step Instructions before signing up.
Not to worry though, this is easily resolved and you will be listening to streaming audio in a very short time if you follow the steps below carefully. We will be basically going through the process again to get to a certain point. Don't be alarmed that you may be subscribing twice.
1) Go back to either KTBB.com or KDOK.com homepages and click on the "Subscribe" link again. This will take you back to the "LIVE AUDIO" page.
2) Now click on the big green
"Subscribe Now" link.
3) You are now on the "LIVE AUDIO! TERMS & CONDITIONS" page. Go to the bottom of the page and click the green
"I ACCEPT these terms..." link.
4) Now click the "CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE THE SUBSCRITION PROCESS!" link
5) Select your billing zip code from the drop down menu labelled "Please provide your Zip Code:"
6) Select a DONATION LEVEL: and click "Add to Cart" icon. (Don't worry will be deleting this item - we just need to get back into the shopping cart dialog.)
7) You are now at "YOUR SHOPPING CART" - if you have more than one subscription item in your cart use the "x" next to the "extra" item to delete it then click "Check Out" to proceed. If you just have one subscription then click "Check Out" to proceed.
8) You are now at the "CHECK OUT" page. When you were here earlier you created a member profile. This time through you will take the log in info you registered with, and were sent by e-mail, and log in below where it says "Login to Member Profile and Checkout."
9) Now you will be at the credit card purchase page and can complete the subscription transaction for whatever donation level you chose.
At this point check your cart again for duplicate subscription items and use the "Edit Cart" button if you need to remove one.
Once you have entered your credit card details and clicked the proceed button your username and password will be valid and can be used to login on the KTBB.com and KDOK.com homepages for the LIVE AUDIO STREAMING.
If you feel you have completed all of the above, whether initially or after the fact, and it still doesn't work please send an e-mail to web at ktbb dot com (format as an e-mail address first) and we will be able to help you. Please include both username and password.
