One In Custody in Harrison County Murder

MARSHALL — One person has been arrested and charged with murder in a weekend shooting in Harrison County. Taken into custody was James Earl Rudd, 60, of Marshall. He is accused of the shooting death of Curtis Jerome Roberts, 52. Harrison County authorities say Roberts was killed by a shotgun blast after an argument at Rudd’s house around 8:00 Saturday night. Roberts was dead at the scene.
