Two Arrested in Family Violence Incident

NACOGDOCHES � Two East Texans were arrested after officers responded to a family violence call which involved weapons Thursday evening. According to KETK, Nacogdoches police officers responded to a home in the 2200 block of Lola around 5:00 p.m. to find a couple had allegedly assaulted each other. The male suspect was also detained for allegedly interfering with the woman’s ability to contact authorities. Both parties sustained minor injuries and were booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail. The names of the suspects have yet to be released.
