LUFKIN (AP) – East Texas police have arrested two men who they say stole a cellphone from a teenager and gave away their location when they answered the phone. 23-year-old Makio Houston and 19-year-old Cornielus Lewis are charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated robbery and unlawful carrying of a weapon. Two teenagers tell police they were robbed of the phone Sunday night in Lufkin. One teen’s relative called the stolen phone and says the robbers said they were at an area tobacco shop. Police went to the store and arrested the men. They are being held at the Angelina County Jail on bonds of more than $200,000. Online records didn’t indicate an attorney for either man.
