Former Longview Resident Found Dead in Cedar Park

AUSTIN � A woman found dead in a Cedar Park apartment Tuesday has been identified as 24-year-old former Longview resident Katie Lanell Eager, Cedar Park police announced Wednesday. According to KETK and its Austin affiliate KXAN, detectives were called to the apartment complex about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of S. Lakeline Blvd. where they found Eager shot to death. Investigators were speaking with Eager�s boyfriend Tuesday evening. No charges were immediately filed in connection with the case. Pine Tree ISD officials say Eager was the Pine Tree Precision Drill Team Captain from 2008-2009.
