Man Shot to Death in Lufkin

LUFKIN – Police continue their investigation of what appears to be the accidental shooting death of a Lufkin man. It occurred around 10:30 Sunday morning in the 100 block of Stonewood. The victim was found lying in a storage shed with a gunshot wound to the face. Officers found two guns and gun cleaning supplies in the shed. The victim’s name has not been released.
