Palestine Man Named to Water Authority Board
Posted/updated on: July 28, 2015 at 11:15 amAUSTIN — Governor Gregg Abbott has appointed a Palestine dentist to the board of directors of the Upper Neches River Municipal Water Authority. The governor’s office has announced the appointment of Dr. Jay Steven Herrington to the post. The appointment is for a term set to expire on February 1, 2021. The appointment is subject to Senate confirmation. Dr. Herrington is currently a managing partner at Herrington & Langley Restorative & Implant Dentistry in Palestine. He is a member of the Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, Southwest Academy of Restorative Dentistry, and the International Team for Implantology. Dr. Herrington received a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a D.D.S. from Baylor College of Dentistr
