KETK reports that Robert Wayne Fry, 34, was arrested January 2 for burglary of a habitation. Authorities were first alerted when a homeowner informed them her house on Old Union Grove Road was being broken into by an unknown person. The homeowner and her son-in-law held Fry at gunpoint until deputies arrived. District Attorney Billy Byrd said Fry had a prior felony conviction in Wood County.
