The argument ended when 21 year old Amber Nicole Fipps is said to have attacked the man and stabbed him in the shoulder with a steak knife. He told authorities he didn’t want to press charges. But, since it was a family violence issue the Angelina County Sheriff’s Department charged her with felony assault with a deadly weapon charge. She was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia driving with no license. Fipps is currently free on bond.
