Smith County Deputies Search for Missing Man

SMITH COUNTY — The Smith County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a man reported missing. Officials are searching for Daniel Lampkin, 34, of Tyler, reportedly missing since 9:30 Saturday night from 11100 Hwy 64 East. He’s said to be mentally handicapped, last seen wearing all black clothes with red and black shoes. If located, please contact the Smith County Sheriff’s Office at (903) 566-6600.
