Suspect Sought in Early Morning Shooting

TYLER — Tyler police are searching for an armed suspect wanted in an early morning shooting. Officers said around 1:20 this morning, an unknown suspect fired numerous shots inside a home on Carlyle Avenue. A sleeping 12-year-old was struck in the foot and taken to a local hospital with a non-life threatening injury. The investigation is on-going. Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspect in this case or any other felony case.
