Aggravated Assault Suspects Arrested

GREGG COUNTY — Two suspects have been arrested this week after a woman was assaulted and forced out of her car. Nicole Marie Fenton, 27, Ore City, and Nickolas Thomas Patrick Hamilton, 21, Longview, were charged with aggravated robbery, according to the Longview News-Journal. The incident happened May 18th north of Longview.
The victim told officers Hamilton was in the passenger seat of her car, another man in the back seat. She said they were following Fenton to an undisclosed location when Hamilton forced the vehicle into park. He then turned off the ignition and took the keys. Hamilton and the other passenger then left her in the car. Fenton, armed with a pocketknife, and another woman in her vehicle approached the victim, reportedly beat her and tried to pull the woman out of the car by her hair before driving off in her vehicle. Bond for Fenton is $100,000; bond for Hamilton is $30,000.
