Time for Early Voting in Smith County

TYLER – Early voting begins Tuesday in the March 6th primary elections. The election will include contested races for U.S. and state representatives, judges, district attorney, district clerk, commissioner and justices of the peace. Most of the contested races will be decided in the primary election. The early voting will run through March 2nd. You can vote at the R.B. Hubbard Facility, next door to the Elections Office on East. Ferguson in Tyler; the Lindale Public Library; the Heritage Building on West Bellwood Road in Tyler; the Whitehouse Municipal Court, and the Noonday Community Center.

Early Voting times will be:
*8:00am to 5:00pm Tuesday through Friday, February 20-23
*7:00am to 7:00pm Saturday, February 24
*1:00 to 6:00pm Sunday, February 25
*7:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday, February 26 through March 2

On Election Day, March 6, Smith County residents will be able to vote from 7:00am 7:00pm at any of the 34 polling locations in Smith County instead of being restricted to their precinct.
